Refund & Return Policy

I put my heart and soul into creating my bags and sincerely hope that you love them as much as I loved designing them. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return it under the following conditions.

1. Return Conditions

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Refund: Once I have received your return, your money will be refunded within 3–6 working days. Depending on your bank, processing may take a little longer.
  • Return Address: Please contact me at amy@amyroseboutique.com to obtain the exact address for the return.

2. Cases Accepted for Return

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed. After this period, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • Product Damaged Upon Receipt: If the bag arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo of the product and the packaging. A suitable solution will be proposed.
  • Manufacturing Defects: In case of manufacturing problems after use, an exchange or refund may be considered.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchange: Would you like to exchange your bag for another model? Please contact me to arrange this.
  • Product Error: If you have received the wrong item, please let me know as soon as possible so that the situation can be corrected.

3. Return Shipping Fees

To ensure transparency, the following rules apply to shipping costs incurred during the return process:

Consumer-Initiated Returns

If the return is initiated by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, preference for a different style, or any reason not caused by Amy Rose Boutique), the consumer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The specific cost will depend on the express delivery company chosen by the consumer.

Returns Due to Our Error

If the return is due to our error—including but not limited to goods received in a damaged condition, manufacturing defects, or an incorrect item being shipped—the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee. In such cases, Amy Rose Boutique will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a prepaid return label.

4. Return Procedure

Step 1 – Contact Me

Send an email to amy@amyroseboutique.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return. If necessary, add photos.

Step 2 – Receive Instructions

Your request will be verified and you will be sent information on how to send the return. Before sending your return, please wait for my approval.

Step 3 – Ship the Package

  • Wrap the package carefully to avoid damage during transport.
  • Add a tracking number and send it by email. Without this number, the return cannot be validated.
  • Please note that the return address is located outside Europe.

Step 4 – Inspection & Refund

  • Upon receipt of the package, the condition of the product will be checked.
  • If everything is in order, the refund will be made within 3–6 working days.
  • If the package is damaged or incomplete, the return request may be refused.

5. Important Information

  • Mandatory Return Form: Please ensure that you complete the return form correctly. Without this document, your request cannot be processed. Please download the return form before initiating your return.
  • Product Condition: In the event of excessive damage to the product or its packaging, depreciation charges may apply.
  • Approval Required: Before sending your return, please wait for approval from Amy Rose Boutique.
